• Twelve books to guide you through twelve months of the year according to the lunar calendar.
• Each book focuses on seasonal foods, activities, holidays, traditions etc. that is unique to the month.
• Especially suitable for pre-schoolers who can’t read on their own yet. This is a great way to immerse them in Chinese culture, and learn Chinese characters and vocabulary in a natural, non-lecture environment.
• Each book comes with a simple poem at the end that speaks to the season. No hanyu pinyin but has detailed explanations to the words used in the poem.
• Homeschoolers can use this book set as structure for curriculum.
• Please buy from reputable source because it makes a difference. These are high quality hand drawn water colour prints by Chinese artists. Connoisseurs of picture books can tell that these are definitely not your average cookie cutter Canva/Illustrator/AI made composite images.
